Founder Club Rules

As an applicant to use the services of “Fonder customer club”, I have read and accepted the following conditions and will act accordingly:

  • After completing the registration process and receiving the membership fee, your membership card will be issued with a unique 14-digit number like the example (FCC24010100001) and will be sent to your email.

 (Services will only be provided to the card holder company with the registered number and name)

  • Founder will not be responsible for any failure or delay in the implementation of all or part of the customer club services due to flood, fire, earthquake, storm, war or any other event that cannot be foreseen, controlled, avoided or overcome.
  • Due to the presence of “Fonder” in #China and compliance with the laws of this country, any dispute arising from the provision of services in the customer club will first be resolved through friendly consultation. If it is not possible to resolve, the dispute should be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for further investigation, and finally the decision of this commission will be final and binding for the parties and the cost of arbitration will be borne by the losing party.

قوانین باشگاه مشتریان فاندر

بعنوان متقاضی استفاده از خدمات باشگاه مشتریان « فاندر » ، شرایط زیر را مطالعه و قبول داشته و بر اساس آن عمل خواهم کرد :

  •  پس از انجام عملیات ثبت نام و دریافت حق عضویت کارت عضویت شما با یک شماره اختصاصی چهارده رقمی مانند نمونه ( FCC24010100001) صادر و به ایمیل شما ارسال خواهد شد که مدت یکسال اعتبار داشته و در این مدت میتوانید با ارائه شماره کارت خود از خدمات اعلام شده بهره‌مند گردید . ( خدمات صرفا به شرکت دارنده کارت با شماره و نام ثبت شده ارائه خواهد شد )
  •  با توجه به نوسانات نرخ دلار در ایران ، پرداخت هزینه عضویت در باشگاه بر اساس معادل ریالی روز ثبت نام می باشد ، همچنین حق عضویت یکساله و غیر قابل استرداد می باشد.
  • « فاندر » مسئولیتی در قبال کوتاهی یا تاخیر در اجرای تمام یا بخشی از خدمات باشگاه مشتریان به دلیل سیل، اتش سوزی، زلزله، طوفان، جنگ یا هر رویداد دیگری که قابل پیش بینی، کنترل، اجتناب یا غلبه بر ان نباشد، نخواهد داشت .
  • با توجه به حضور « فاندر » در #چین و تبعیت از قوانین این کشور ، هرگونه اختلاف ناشی در ارائه خدمات در باشگاه مشتریان ابتدا از طریق رایزنی دوستانه حل و فصل خواهد شد. در صورت عدم امکان حل و فصل، مورد اختلاف باید به کمیسیون داوری تجارت خارجی شورای چین برای بررسی بیشتر ارائه شود و در نهایت تصمیم این کمیسیون برای طرفین قطعی و لازم الاجرا و هزینه داوری نیز به عهده طرف بازنده خواهد بود .
